District Nursing Locality Manager

Overview of the role
A District Nursing Locality Manager is sought for a busy team in Central London in order to test out the need for a position during a period of reorganisation. Strong leadership skills and a previous background in community nursing are essential.
This is a temporary contract until year end offering 30 – 37.5 hours per week

Requirements
The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following skills, qualifications and attributes.
* Significant post registration experience of working effectively in a relevant multi-professional environment including recent experience at a Senior Nurse Management level
* Can-do attitude and experience in performance managing staff/HR processes with a detailed knowledge of community services
* Registered General Nurse – District Nursing background
* Recognised management/ leadership qualification
* Highly experienced of managing conflict and the ability to manage change within services
* Must be proficient in systemONE
