We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, As the admin Assistant you will be responsible for greeting Applicants for Recruitment and Training checking them for registration.
As admin Assistant you will be responsible for ordering, collating and filing notes, and will also be involved with
General admin work ordering of stock and consumables,

Expert Carers Ltd is committed to safeguarding children and adults who are at risk of abuse. As such, if appointee to this post, the post holder will have access to children or vulnerable adults information, he/she will be required to undertake an Enhanced Criminal Records Bureau check. However, all employees have a responsibility for safeguarding children and vulnerable adults in the course of their duties and for ensuring that they are aware of the specific duties relating to their role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide effective administrative support to the HR and Learning & Development teams.
• Update and maintain the HR filing systems on a daily basis, archiving files as appropriate,
e.g. New Applicants, Starters, disciplinary/grievance records and leavers
• Liaise daily with managers and staff across all areas of the teams to gather and enter
data such as sickness absence and leave onto the HR IT system as appropriate
• Support the timely processing and production of all HR and payroll information including but not limited to Contracts of Employment and standard letters.
• Update Wellness spreadsheet with pre-employment screening and medical
report results, notifying relevant parties (line manager, HR, Recruitment)
• Assist the HR and L&D teams with the HR and training plan and the overall function as
required, including periodic reporting as detailed below
• Create and maintain Expert Carers HR and training activity records for staff and volunteers, both manual and within the HR and Training database system, ensuring information is accurate and up-to-date and producing reports as required.
• Produce and distribute course joining instructions and evaluation forms for all internal and external course delegates as required
• Update and maintain the HR movements and Recruitment systems.
• Open, log and distribute mail to the department
• Maintain stationery and training material stock levels for the HR and L&D teams,
submitting orders and checking deliveries as necessary
• Any other duties as are within the scope, spirit and purpose of the job, the title of the post and its grading as requested by the line manager or Head of Department (HoD).
This job description reflects the current requirements of the role. As duties and
responsibilities change and develop, this will be reviewed and will be subject to
amendment in consultation with the post-holder.
GENERAL

•It is a condition of their contract of employment that Expert Carers employees working within the HR department will adhere to confidentiality and data Protection of information Policies and procedures.
Applicants will be well organised, with a good level oif IT literacy including Word, Outlook and Power Point. Will also have a good telephone manner, be accurate and pay attention to detail
This is a part time role – 3 days a week. Can be flexible on days and hours with the possibility of extending to full time role to meet the demands of the business i.e.. busy periods of business.
