Jane Lewis Healthcare has an opportunity for a Recruitment & Onboarding Consultant, to join our team in Chester.

Jane Lewis is a leading healthcare staffing provider supporting clients including the NHS, Private Hospitals and Nursing Homes. This role supports the recruitment of staff to meet our clients staffing needs.

This role Purpose:

Recruitment and Onboarding Consultants play a critical role in the success of our business. As the first point of contact for candidates in their journey with Jane Lewis, you will promote Jane Lewis and the benefits of working with the business, ensuring an efficient recruitment and onboarding journey for your candidates.

Working as part of our fast-paced Recruitment & Onboarding team, you will bring energy and enthusiasm to the role. Experience of working within recruitment or a health or social care environment is desirable but if you have a positive “can-do” attitude we can provide full training.

You should be confident on the telephone, driven by achieving targets and have the ability to manage your time effectively.

What you’ll be doing:

• Sourcing candidates using various job boards and social media
• Review, write and place adverts
• Interview coordination
• Interviewing
• Inductions
• Database Management and maintain applicant tracking system
• Administration
• Ensuring compliance with policies and procedures

Skills & Experience:

• of working within recruitment or a health or social care environment is desirable but if you have a positive “can-do” attitude we can provide full training
