Kitchen Staff report to:

Kitchen Manager

Job Objective of Kitchen Staff:

To prepare, cook and serve food quickly and efficiently. Taking orders, serving customers, dealing with queries and always delivering excellent customer service at all times.

Essential requirements of Kitchen Staff:

You must:

have proof of right to work in the UK
have a UK bank account in your own name
be able to converse in English
have a fixed place of residence and live within a reasonable travelling distance of the restaurant

Main responsibilities of Kitchen Staff:

Prepare, cook and serve food quickly and efficiently, meeting our standards
Assist in keeping the kitchen clean, hygienic and tidy, at all times
Take orders, serve customers and deliver excellent customer service at all times
Keep up to date with current promotions and new products
Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to the manager
Complete all appropriate company documentation and key tasks, on every shift
Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and workbooks
Always adhere to all company policies and procedures
Be involved and contribute at team meetings
Carry out instructions given by the management team and head office
