Location – Canary Wharf/Hybrid

Salary – £15,000 – £20,000 + commission

Duration – Perm/Full-time

We have an excellent opportunity for someone to look to build a career in Facilities Management Recruitment, where you will go through hands-on training with experienced recruiters with a great understanding of the Facilities Management sector, our customers, candidates, and systems. This is a great opportunity to gain the fundamental experience required to become a consistently great recruitment consultant, and beyond.

As an Apprentice Recruitment Consultant, your responsibilities will include the following:

• Calling candidates to screen/qualify for open roles and talent pooling
• Arranging interviews, briefing candidates before interview and taking feedback following interview
• Using job boards to search for talent
• Formatting CVs and cover sheets to be shared with senior recruiters in your team, to share with clients
• Learn about the facilities management industry

We are looking for an Apprentice Recruitment Consultantwho has the following skills and qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills both verbal & written
• Confident making calls and speaking to potential candidates and clients
• Outgoing, friendly, and polite

The Offer:
