V-Recruit are excited to be working in partnership with one of the UKs most forward thinking, recognised and respected Multi-Academy Trusts to recruit a Permanent, Regional Personal Assistant to work with the Regional Executive Team.

This is a permanent role

37 hours per week, 40 weeks per year (equivalent to term time plus 10 days)

£26,561 – £29,248.68 – £24,373.88 Actual Salary

Please note that the chosen applicant will be flexible, and willing to travel between schools (mileage paid), therefore you must have a full UK Driving Licence and access to your own transport

The position of Regional Personal Assistant is a unique and exciting opportunity for someone with excellent organisation and communication skills to work with the Southern Regional Executive Team, covering schools in the Doncaster, Scunthorpe, Sheffield, Worksop, Kirkby in Ashfield and Chesterfield areas. The base school for the successful candidate will be the nearest school to their home, but regular travel will be required to other schools.

You will provide outstanding clerical support to the Associate Executive Principal and Executive Officer including minute taking, diary management, conversing with parents and stakeholders, organising and facilitating meetings and providing PA support to individual academies where required. Strong communication and IT skills are essential for the role along with excellent organisation skills and attention to detail.

This is a very rewarding and extremely busy role and we are therefore looking for someone who has extensive PA or Office Manager.
