Personal Assistant

Personal assistant full time post 37.5.hrs flexible shift pattern Salary 13608 k with opportunity for additional on call payments.
We at Inroads are a high quality care service supporting adults, children and young people with learning disabilities, autism and behavioural challenges.
We are currently seeking some experienced /non- experienced lively passionate people to become support workers in our adult supported living provision in Ipswich Suffolk.
As a personal assistant some of your duties include:

; Build and maintain excellent relationships and rapport with both your service users their families and your team members.
; Support daily activities which include such things as leisure pursuits,work experience and general socialising
; Promote and maintain continued learning
; Create and maintain links within the local community
; To be a reflective practitioner
; Assist with all aspects of personal care
; To be professional and respectful
; Reliable
; Keep accurate record keeping in all aspects of care
; To have or be willing to gain National Diploma level2 or 3 in social care or equivalent.
