Job Title: Contracts Manager – Electrical Contracting
Location: North Kent
We have an exciting opportunity for an Electrical Contracts Manager to join a leading privately owned electrical contractor based in North Kent. The Contracts Manager will assume overall responsibility for a range of Building Management Systems (BMS) projects. My client is looking for someone who has a strong track record in the Electrical Sector, specifically in BMS.
Key responsibilities
Ensuring all BMS projects are completed to the required standard within strict deadlines
Delegating responsibilities and managing personnel on site
Completing progress reports
Promoting and maintaining health and safety on site
Skills and experience:
Comprehensive experience of BMS and Electrical Contracting
Exceptional working knowledge of Building Management Systems.
Experience of running multiple projects at any one time
Health and Safety awareness
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
