1st Line Desktop Support – London £26,000 – £30,420 per year
we have an urgent opportunity for an experienced 1st line desktop support person in the London area. The role is to start immediately for 6 months.
Interviews will be held tomorrow in the London Bridge area.
You will have previous 1st line support experience on Desktops laptops, printers & Microsoft applications.
You will be taking the first call from the user and assisting with first time fix. 2nd & 3rd line support are on site to escalate any technical calls to.
Communicate in all instances in an effective, clear, concise and professional manner with customer service being paramount.
This role is to start immediately, interviews tomorrow in London Bridge.
