Recruitment Consultant

Salary: Basic of £26,000plus a very achievable OTE of £30,000 in the first year and £21,600 in the 2nd year

Our client is a niche recruitment company specialising in the placement of oil, gas and energy professionals.

They are looking for several Recruitment Consultants to join their fast growing team based in their new offices in Alcester. This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate who is looking to progress their career while working in an enthusiastic and vibrant environment. You will be given the opportunity to learn from the best while working in this role.

As a new consultant you will immediately start training with one of their best senior consultants. Much of the training is hands on, enabling enthusiastic and driven individuals to see immediate financial rewards. They will help you to realise your full potential and offer a strong training programme which will enable you to make an immediate impact within their successful team

The Role:
This is a full 360 degree recruitment consultant role, helping people’s careers and finding them great jobs or employees – you will be given the tools to own the process with senior decision makers in key accounts. As a trainee within 30 days of joining you will be building relationships with customers, establishing their needs, interviewing candidates and delivering results. Regardless of your previous experience full training will be provided. This recruitment consultant role involves building your own clients who will have the confidence in you to recommend us to their peers.

Person Specification:
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Degree Educated with any level degree
Hard working, dedicated and committed
Highly motivated and competitive
Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Demonstrates a confident and professional approach, and a can-do attitude.
Ability to work under pressure and time constraints, within a fast-paced environment.
Strong Team Player and able to relate well to others.
No previous recruitment or sales experience required, full training will be given
