A Recruitment Consultant with Austin Fraser will be joining a pivotal time in our growth. We have recently moved to a fully flexible working environment. This is a real opportunity to operate as a start up within an SME. You will be the heart of our busines, supporting our Senior Consultants driving success and leading from the front qualifiying candidates and managing the candidate experience.

What we need from you

A passion for developing meaningful relationships
Proven recruitment experience across Technology in UK and EU Markets
Advanced level of business acumen with the ability to think strategically
Excellent and consistent billing experience
Coach, mentor and develop junior consultants to continue to build our Technology, engineering and life sciences teams
Identify talent trends
A passion for sales
A positive and thoughtful approach
Strong communication skills
