Customer Service Advisor -Chelmsford -Temporary ongoing -Immediate Start – £15 per hour
We are currently looking for a Customer Service Advisor for one of our major clients in Chelmsford.
We are looking for someone who can communicate with customers who contact the depot and who need help with either a collection or delivery of a parcel.
As a Customer Service Advisor you will need to be proactive, have excellent problem solving skills and be able to take ownership for resolving any issues.
As a Customer Service Advisor your duties will include:
- Resolving customer queries by liaising with drivers, shift managers and other staff
- Updating customers with the status of their parcels
- Carry out investigations into missing parcels
- Supporting other members of the team
- To undertake any other duties as deemed reasonable
- Data Entry
As a Customer Service Advisor you MUST have:
Excellent communication skills and be able to prioritise your workload.
Be confident answering the phone and have an excellent telephone manner.
Have excellent computer skills.
Be able to work well in a team
This position is an immediate start, Working hours are Monday to Friday either 8am/9am to 5pm/6pm.
