Salary: £26,000 – £30,000 per year
A great opportunity for a graduate in construction seeking their first introdrouction in to working as an Assistant Site Manager.
The company produce and create high end residential prioperties covering mainly the South West.
This is a great opportunity to become fully trained and gain qualifications to become a Site Manager in a year’s time.
Main duties: Assiting the site effectively and safely and dealing with client, subcontractors and labour on site and, attend meetings and ability to read and interpret site drawings ensuring direction and communication is delivered.
IT literacy: MS Office including Excel and Word
Candidate profile: A local based candidate around South West area including Bristol, Gloucester, Bath, Oxford or Newbury
Qualifications: Must have a Full UK Driving Licence & own vehicle
Hours: 7.30am – 4.30pm, Monday to Friday
