Senior Quantity Surveyor – Senior Cost Consultant

PERMANENT ROLE ( UK Nationals or those with a Current right to live and work in the UK only)

Our client are a leading Cost Consultancy in the South West and across the UK. They have won many awards for their work and are a great employer to work for. The are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor for a Permanent position, based from their offices in Plymouth. Ideally someone who can start within the next 4 weeks.

Requirements for the Senior Quantity Surveyor- Senior Cost Consultant

You will have some consultancy experience as a Quantity Surveyor with a well known cost consultancy and have the ability to manage your own projects. Some experience mentoring less senior members of the team would be ideal.

Experience of a combination of the following:Mixed Use Commercial Residential Healthcare or Civils projects.

Candidates should have a BSc in Quantity Surveying. MRICS would also be desirable

Ideally, we are seeking candidates who are located in the area, but our client is open to candidates who are willing to relocate from surrounding areas such as Bristol or Exeter.

Salary and Benefits for the Senior Quantity Surveyor – Senior Cost Consultant

Candidates should expect a salary of £54,000 – £64,800dependent upon experience
