Salary: £93,830 – £108,464 per year
Our client is a rapidly expanding Ecommerce business. They are looking to hire a Finance Director to join their team.
Growth has been organic, and the business has now reached the stage where it has taken outside investment and is ready for further growth both in UK and internationally.
The Finance Director will be a critical appointment as a key member of the team going forward.
The Role of Finance Director
* Understand and mitigate the key elements of the Company’s risk profile
* Manage finances to ensure that company remains well funded
* Build a small Finance team
* Report detailed Management Information to Board and Angel investors
* Provide the business with detailed budgeting and cash flow forecasting
* Manage and develop relationship with lenders, insurers, pension providers
* Working closely with the founders you will participate in the key decision-making processes
The Candidate for Finance Director
* Chartered Accountant (ACA) or equivalent
* Likely to have over 7 years post qualification experience
* Online retail / Ecommerce sector experience is essential
