My Client is an independent recruitment agency who are a well respect recruitment organisation within Industrial / Warehousing recruitment and offices located across the UK. They currently have an opportunity for an Industrial Recruitment Branch Manager for their branch in the Chatham area.

Since their formation they have established a superior client base and have also grown a large database of Candidates who possess the relevant skill sets that allow them to provide a superior solution sales approach to how they approach new business whether it be permanent, temporary or contract basis within:

– Industrial and semi-skilled
– Warehousing
– Order Pickers and Packers
– Manufacturing and Food Production
– Driving personnel
– Labourers

My Client is seeking a proven Recruitment Branch Manager who possesses a passion and knowledge of Industrial Recruitment background and is able to ‘hit the floor running’ with a local knowledge of industrial businesses in the Chatham and surrounding area to takeover this exceptionally profitable branch.

They will be someone who will mentor the current small team who are passionate about their recruitment within industrial and driving. It is an opportunity to work within a pro-active environment identifying and working to achieve strong working relationships with key employers in the Chatham and surrounding areas. They have a hard working talented team of individuals who are constantly striving to perform and further their business

In return, you will receive a good basic package up to £48,000 (depending upon experience and what you can bring to the table) plus a company car, and a superior commission structure and awesome benefits
