Stock Controller

My client, a multi-national producer of specialist consumables, has a vacancy for an experienced Stock Controller to join their expanding team in South Elmsall.

This is initially a 12 week vacancy, with the offer of a permanent contract on satisfactory completion of the 12 weeks.

The successful candidate will have extensive material handling or stock control experience. You will have worked in a similar, fast paced production and warehouse setting, ideally within a food or similar hygiene controlled environment.

You will be required to have experience of using barcode scanners, as well as experience in the picking, loading and despatch of goods.

Use of warehouse management systems (WMS) is required within this role, so experience of working with ERP / SAP or similar is also essential.

FLT licences, counterbalance, reach and Flexi are also required, however training on Flexi can be provided if necessary.

The rate of pay will be £26,000working on a double days shift pattern to start at 6am.
