Design Draughtsman AutoCAD

Design Draughtsman – Salary circa £30,000 – £36,000

Resulting from a period of continued growth, we are currently looking to recruit a Design Draughtsman into the technical team, to work on Architectural & Structural metalwork projects associated with a diverse range of light to medium industrial applications.

Design Draughtsman Autocad

The successful candidate will be:

 Competent on Autocad / Tekla

 Working from Architects Drawings, Site Surveys and Sketches

 Demonstrable background in layouts, design and detail drawing using design software package including – typically but not exclusively; handrails, balustrade, platforms and bespoke architectural metal work to suit a clients specific requirements.

 Ability to undertake detailed design calculations.

 Good communicator at all levels.

 Team player also with the ability to work independently.

 Capable of multi-tasking.

 Possess initiative in all aspects of the job role.
