What will be I doing? Firstly you will receive top-notch training and coaching which is tailored to you. This will give you all the knowledge and confidence you need as a Customer Advisor to engage with our UK customers. You’ll be the first point of contact when customers call in with enquiries. You will deliver exceptional service to each person you speak to, ensuring they feel valued and satisfied – not wanting to go anywhere else.

Our offices are open from 8am to 9pm Monday to Friday; 8am to 8pm on Saturday; and 9am to 6pm on Sunday. You’ll cover a variety of shifts between these hours, including evenings and weekends, which will bump your salary up even further as we offer increased pay for shifts worked in the evening and Sundays.
