The Job – Financial Recruitment Consultant

You’ll join the team as a trainee consultant where training will form a big part of your day. This will be led by managers and team leaders of the business. You will also receive guidance from the company’s MD, whose experience spans decades in Finance, Technology & Recruitment. Initially you’ll focus on generating candidates and will move into a more ‘360’ role when you’ll also be responsible for business development and face to face client meetings. Once you’ve proven yourself at this level, the next step will be to team leader.
