Assistant Site Manager

Location: Norfolk & Suffolk

Clearfield are currently recruiting on behalf of a specialist housing contractor / developer who are growing and as part of this growth are looking for 2 x Assistant Site Managers for projects across Norfolk and Suffolk.

Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing aspects of the site in conjunction with the Site Manager and ensuring the project is completed safely, on time, within budget and to the required quality by effectively organising and managing the site activities. This will involve taking responsibility for the onsite elements of the works through strong management of all subcontractors by monitoring the performance of all associated personnel, together with any actions necessary to maintain project targets and at all times ensuring that all procedures and all Health and Safety and Environmental Legislation and are complied with.

Individual:

* Previous Site Management experience is essential with SSSTS.
* You will be commercially aware with excellent organisational skills.
* You must have excellent communication skills, be self-motivated and customer focussed.
* You must be numerate with good IT Skills.
* You should have leadership skills (control and management of employees) and a proven track record in successfully managing a project.
* You should be ambitious with high aspirations.
* You must hold a Driving Licence.
