Digital Marketing Assistant
The role:
We are seeking a Digital Marketing Assistant to join our talented and extensive marketing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a graduate, or existing Digital Marketing Assistant to join the team and work across the full digital marketing mix in both the UK and US markets.
It is a wide-ranging role with broad responsibilities, focusing on our UK and US trade-in/sell side of the business and working across (but not limited to) SEO, PPC, Paid Social, Affiliates, PR, CRO & UX, CRM channels and supporting the wider trade marketing team across digital campaigns and initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in digital marketing, have an eye for detail, strong organisational and communication skills, and most importantly the personal drive to develop and excel in their role.

Key responsibilities:
* Working with the Senior Marketing Executive and Group Head of Marketing to support the delivery of the marketing strategy for both the UK & US Sell/Trade-in brands.
* Regular performance reporting and monitoring of KPIs across all channels, flagging any opportunities of growth or problem areas to then work with the team to execute effective changes.
* Supporting the development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns and promotions.
* Support in coordinating promotions and campaigns, briefing them into the wider internal marketing teams, and external agency relationships.
* Analyse performance of marketing activity, providing recommendations for future improvements.
* Working with the content & in-house digital design team to ensure campaign creative remains on brand.
* Assisting the CRM team with the customer retention strategy across email, push and in-app.
* Supporting the CRO & Experimentation team in delivering ongoing UX improvements.
* Providing support to the PPC & Paid Social teams with ongoing account expansion and optimisation.
* Liaising with the Development & Product team with new project delivery.
* Working with external SEO agency to coordinate/implement technical updates as part of an ongoing optimisation strategy.
* Supporting in research stage of affiliate/partnership campaign opportunities.
* Supporting content team with management of organic social media activity.
* Working with CX team to monitor customer satisfaction and sentiment.
* Carrying out day to day admin or ad-hoc tasks for the trade marketing and wider marketing team as required.
About you:
* Strong interest in pursuing a career in marketing.
* Educated to degree level or equivalent, preferred but not essential.
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
* Very good attention to detail, for example, ability to proof-read or spot anomalies in data effectively.
* Good communication and organisational skills, for example, strong writing ability and able to manage time efficiently.
* Strong personal drive to develop, learn and continuously improve with a ‘best in class’ mentality.
