20k basic 40k OTE (uncapped commission!)
My client is a lead financial recruitment agency within London whose clients include major investment banks, hedge funds and large scale start-up companies. Started and led by widely respected and successful managers they have built up their client base on a reputation of a personalised approach to recruitment.
The successful recruitment research associate will play a pinnacle part in the expansion of the company where their results make a visual impact on the company. Their responsibilities will include:
• Researching, resourcing and screening potential candidates
• Briefing candidates on clients and their requirements
• Networking
• Analysing competitors
• Developing knowledge of finance and technology markets

The office environment within my client is without a doubt one of the best in the industry.
