Finance Analyst

The Finance Analyst position will be based in Bromsgrove and see you joining a FTSE 100 organisation who require a confident and ambitious Newly Qual to join their team to drive performance within multiple contracts and provide support to Operational Directors on multiple sites.

As the Finance Analyst you will be joining a business that pride themselves on offering multiple progression routes and commercial exposure to newly quals who have the confidence and ability to interact with the wider business. Day to day will see you managing the reporting and forecasting function and will work with the business and finance community to consolidate, standardise and enhance the financial reporting of the business. You will also play a key role in the co-ordination and support of the budget and quarterly forecasting process. Your stake holders will be Senior Directors who will have limited knowledge of finance and will require a real partnering approach to ensure that they buy into you but also take on your advice and recommendations regarding process improvements, contract efficiency and new bids. In the return the organisation will offer you commercial exposure within a FTSE organisation, day to day exposure to senior Directors, autonomy with where and how you work daily and real progression with the average time scales in a role at 18 months.
