Site Manager/ Health & Safety Advisor and Auditor – South Coast – Construction
£35k-£43k + Car + Pension + Flexible Benefits

A well-established construction company are looking to recruit a well experienced Health & Safety Advisor and Auditor to work with well-established clients throughout the South of the UK. This Client has an impressive portfolio including the New Heathrow Terminal 2 building and the London Aquatics Centre for the 2012 Olympics as well as Major infrastructure projects for Network rail. This client specialises in Roofing, Cladding and Glazing and is very well known for its prestigious delivery.
This role will involve travel around the South of England ensuring that you advise on all aspects of Health & Safety Management, ensuring all standardisation and adherence is performed to best practice. You will carry out risk assessments, identify hazards, carry out regular site inspections and ensure all documentations is reported and audited on a regular basis. The successful candidate will ensure that they meet all of the clients ISO9001 standards and have a full understanding of the quality standards within this role. In addition to this you will also meet ISO 14001 standards and ensure all environmental standards are compliant with the relevant legislations and processes.
It is crucial that candidates applying for this role can create specific audit plans throughout a number of different sectors in addition to this they must also be able to encourage a positive Health & Safety culture through workforce engagement and combined with working initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience
NEBOSH Construction Certificate
Internal QMS Auditor
Tech IOSH
Scaffold Inspection
Experience of working at an advisory level within a contracting environment
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
Has a proven excellent Health & Safety record
