Property Mainenance Planner / Scheduler

Salary: £26,000 – £30,420 per year

My client, a growing maintenance and facilities management company seeking an experienced Planner/ Scheduler to join their team. The company has been established for over 10 years and is responsible for the maintenance of a large portfolio of several thousand units across the whole of London. We cover maintenance of various sizes, from a small leak that needs repair, gas safety works all the way through to renovation work!

* The Operations Planner/Scheduler will be responsible for scheduling booked jobs, following up job completion reports and closing the jobs.

* Booking and scheduling planned and reactive maintenance jobs on a daily basis

* Working with the operations manager, the operations planner / scheduler will help to identify potential capacity and scheduling conflicts due to resource (i.e. holidays etc) through the appropriate planning review meetings as well as work proactively with the management team in order to find solutions and ensure that the operations plan remains in line with the business requirements.

To apply you must have:-

* Experience of working within a maintenance / facilities management environment would be useful but is not as important as having an individual with proven analytical planning skills, and a good understanding of ERP systems and/or project management tools.

* In addition to this, the company is looking for a strong communicator who is confident and able to converse with people at all levels within the company and can work as an integral member of the operations team and support planning in line with the continued growth of the business.
