This London based interior architectural design practice is urgently looking for a Design Manager to join their team. A recognised leader in the field of workplace design and strategy, this business is highly revered within the sector and harnesses a unique culture based on trust, teamwork, respect and collaboration.
The Design Manager will be expected to lead workplace interior projects through all stages from concept design, development, technical coordination and delivery, operating as part of a supportive and progressive team.
Design Manager – key responsibilities and duties:
* Management of design projects from preappointment to completion
* Meeting and building relationships with clients and potential clients
* Pitch presentation participation
* Produce and manage project programme
* Lead RIBA stages 3&4 with strong technical knowledge
* Project quality and auditing
Design Manager – qualifications, skills and experience:
* Comprehensive experience in a Design Manager capacity
* Interior architectural design experience
* In depth understanding of RIBA work stages
* Strong attention to detail
* Exceptional relationship builder in order to generate business
* Understanding of British standards in relation to workspace design
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
