We recruit experienced consultants that have a strong billing history and that will enjoy working as a team whilst enjoying uncapped individual commission. Central office provides the backbone of the company allowing freelance consultants to have full flexibility on their working hours and as such we all enjoy a relaxed, friendly culture, whilst understanding the needs of the market and what is required to be better than our competitors.

You will be given a territory in which to operate and become an integral part of a growing team working towards becoming the dominant force in the aforementioned sectors. You will have resourcing and administrative support from central office and full system and industry sector training will be given.

Training and support will be on going throughout your time with Domus and due to rapid expansion and many growth opportunities, progression is a very real prospect should you want it in the future.

Domus invest heavily in advertising, use the market leading software and give consultants all the tools to generate salaries equal to that of middle management people in the recruitment industry and in many cases more.

This is an opportunity suitable for someone that has recruitment experience and a proven track record of billing. You will need to be self motivated (as we do not micro manage), be a team player despite working individually, be transparent and preferably be good fun!
