A fantastic job opportunity has arisen with a UKAS accredited Asbestos consultancy who are looking to recruit a Home Based Asbestos Surveyor to join their team covering the Thames Valley. The company currently employ in excess of 50 field based surveyors and analysts, and provide services such as asbestos testing, inspection, auditing, bulk sampling, as well as complete air monitoring services too.

The role of the Asbestos Surveyor is to work on a range of buildings, from domestic properties through to large commercial and industrial units, carrying out a range of surveys in adherence to HSG264 regulations and company procedures. You will record all information onto a handheld device, ensuring that all information is logged correctly. This is a field based role, which will see you travelling around the Thames Valley and South East as required.

To be considered for the Home Based Asbestos Surveyor role, it is essential that you hold the BOHS P402 (or equivalent) qualification and have a minimum of 6 months experience of Asbestos Surveys, ideally across a wide range of buildings. You will need a full UK driving license, and an open attitude to regional travel.
