Group Sales Manager – Estate Agency

Salary: £36,000 – £42,000 per year

Group Sales Manager – £30K – £35K + commission – OTE £50K+ (plus benefits)

My client is an extremely successful estate agents and they are seeking an experienced manager to join them to oversee and grow the financial services arm of the business.

This role would suit an experienced Sales Manager within property / estate agency or a mortgage manager with experience of driving sales.

The aim of the role is to monitor branch performance and implement processes to increase referalls and revenues, knowledge of FS products is not required as full training wil be provided and the main aim is sales strategy and performance.

You will be a car driver with access to a vehicle, car allowance is paid, as this role involves attending branches across the region.

For this role you could be based in the Amersham, High Wycombe, Aylesbury, Oxford, Bracknell or Reading areas as these are all commutable distances for the role.

This is a varied and interesting role where you will enjoy autonomy to remedy any issues and make recommendations and changes to existing procedures.

You must be well spoken and well presented with previous knowledge of estate agency / property sales and / or mortgage sales.

This is a Monday to Friday, full time, permanent position with a great company.
