Salary: £54,000 – £66,000 per year

I am on the hunt for an Assistant Site Manager with experience in residential new builds for my reputable house builder. My client offers bonuses and has a fantastic senior management that you will report to.
It will be your responsibility to assist on the following:
– Ensure all H&S Requirements are maintained.
– Keep all IT systems up-to-date.
– Oversee the project.
– Liase with subcontractors.
In order to be considered for interview you must have:
– Experience within the residential, new build industry.
– An understanding of NHBC Guidelines
– A valid SMSTS / SSSTS
– A valid CSCS Card
– Asbestos Awareness
– Scaffold Inspection Training
– First Aid
