Aylin White have been asked to help a long standing client, a £20m M&E contractor to source a M&E Project Manager from either a Mechanical or Electrical trades background. The M&E Project Manager will work under a Contracts Manager and run the whole site. 

The company is family run and still has a family feel. They have a low turnover of staff and work mainly on repeat business. They specialise in residential shell and core and fit out.

The project is a two year new build and fit out of 200 flats in West London. They have a Project Director and need a PM to run the specialist packages. The overall value is £12.5m M&E. Four plots, first fix done on plot one and now starting work on 2, 3 and 4.

You will have a solid work track record and be experienced in residential new build and fit out. Happy to take on the technical aspects of the project while the supervisor delivers on programme and quality. You will work closely with the Electrical and Mechanical construction managers. Strong paper work essential, checking for design changes, planning and staying ahead, monitor project progress and set deadlines.
