Quality Assurance Administrator

Cygnet Hospital Beckton situated in East London is looking for an organised individual with excellent administrative and secretarial skills to support the efficient management of auditable systems for the hospital’s quality assurance and governance activities.

The ideal candidate must demonstrate the following:-
· Working knowledge of creating complex formulas for auditing purposes – this will be tested at interview.
· Strong mathematical, analytical, IT, communication and organizational skills.
· Ability to process information quickly without compromising the accuracy of the work produced.
· Ability to proactively chase information from other staff to ensure monthly and quarterly data is submitted within strict deadlines.
· Ability to manage and prioritise own workload without direct supervision.
· Proactively identify system issues that may result in inaccurate data during governance processing.
· Ability to minute complex meetings would be desirable.

This is a job sharing role, working 16 hours per week on Mondays and Tuesdays. The ability to work collaboratively with current post hold is essential.

The post holder will be expected to cover Reception as per the rota for staff.

PLEASE NOTE: as stated above, applicants must have a thorough knowledge of Excel and be able to create complex formulaes. The interview will start with an Excel test and you will only progress to a face-to-face interview if the Excel test is passed successfully
