Part Time Call Centre Assistant

Salary: £15.6 – £16.8 per hour

Eden Brown are seeking a highly experienced part time please apply a 3 month contract situated in Chester

This role will be working approximately 25 hours a week = 5 hours per day

As the Call Centre Assistant your role will involve:

– Providing a frontline service to tenants

– Dealing with complaints

– Transferring to relevant individuals within the organisation

Customer Service/Contact Centre experience is essential
