THE COMPANY:

We’re supporting a long established and well-respected business who is seeking a Planning & Performance Manager to join their expanding team. The successful candidate will join the team as a Marketing Manager and work closely with the Marketing Director to develop customer engagement through marketing analysis.

This is an exciting opportunity for an individual from a Marketing, Planning & Insights, Marketing Insights, Marketing Analyst, Marketing Coordinator or Marketing Executive background with experience in growing a customer database using online and offline marketing.

THE PLANNING & PERFORMANCE MANAGER ROLE:

Managing data analysis and reporting for the marketing department
Developing insights to drive customer engagement, retention and growth
Creating and executing a seasonal catalogue plan
Working with external partied such as creative studios and printers to coordinate each catalogue drop
Managing the paper budget
Developing a seasonal plan for cold lists
Analysing the spend of budget across the department to optimise spent and ROI
Managing the insert programme and working with external agencies to develop these
Taking responsibility for the customer database with a view of growing the database as a whole as well as increasing conversion
Using a variety of tools to measure performance of the department
Communicate results of various reports with management and suggesting ideas and areas of improvementTHE PERSON:

Experience in either Marketing, Planning & Insights, Marketing Insights, Marketing Analyst, Marketing Coordinator or Marketing Executive Marketing Assistant or Marketing Executive role
Excellent understanding of online and offline marketing channels
Proven experience in customer database methodology and application
Excellent analytical and communication skills
Strong understanding of the print process and ability to manage relevant suppliers and external partiesTO APPLY:
