Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Customer Experience Assistant to join our Customer Experience team. Reporting to the Customer Service (Experience) Manager you will be pivotal to ensure Versalift United Kingdom Limited provide a best-in-class customer experience on all customer related queries…….. What we need you to bring to the team:
- Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills with the ability to work as part of a team and using your own initiative.
- Great customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- High attention to detail.
- Excellent IT Skills, including Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Self-motivation, resilience and reliability.
