Salary: £42,000 – £48,000 per year
Our client is a well-established care operator looking for an experienced Nursing Home Manager for a small Nursing Home for older people in Birmingham.
The role involves full responsibility for the day-to-day management of the nursing home including staff management and mentoring, care planning, effective induction and training of the team, liaising with CQC and other external healthcare professionals, budgeting, medication management, maintaining occupancy levels, developing relationships with residents and their families, establishing a visible presence in the local community and ensuring that high quality care is provided at all times.
Our client is a well-established care operator with an extremely high standard of care and they are looking for a Nursing Home Manager who shares the same ethos of making a real difference to the lives of elderly residents.
The successful candidate must be a qualified nurse, with an active PIN and excellent clinical knowledge. You must also have relevant and current experience of nursing home management.
The role is subject to an enhanced disclosure, cost to be met by employer.
