Salary: £38,400 – £42,000 per year
Our client is a well-established and care operator looking for a Peripatetic Nursing Home Manager to cover their small Nursing Homes in and around the Huddersfield area.
The role will involve working with the operator and current home managers to ensure that all homes are compliant and offering the highest quality care.
The role will include full responsibility for the day-to-day management of the nursing homes you are working with, including:
– dealing with staffing issue and managing all staff within the home
– overseeing care planning and ensuring all standards are adhered to
– ensuring a high quality of care is provided at all times
– the development of the staff team including effective induction and training of all care staff
– liaising with CQC and other external healthcare professionals
– budget management
– drive for continuous improvement at all times.
– effectively manage relationships with residents, their families, people within the local community and with professional colleagues.
– making a difference to the daily lives of the residents and ensure dignity and respect are maintained at all times
Our client is a well-established care operator with an extremely high standard of care and they are looking for a Peripatetic Nursing Home Manager who shares the same ethos of making a real difference to the lives of the elderly residents.
The successful candidate must be a qualified nurse, with relevant and current experience of care home management and you must have an RMA or equivalent qualification. Applications from strong and experienced Deputy Nursing Home Managers will also be considered.
