Salary: £36,000 – £42,000 per year
An experience Business Systems Analyst is required to provide invaluable support to this leading corporate, based in Peterborough, through pro-active management of the system.
***£30 – £35k + Bens***
This is a fantastic opportunity for the successful candidate to develop existing expertise, playing a key role in supporting the business, providing reports and data as required and pro-actively looking to develop the solution to ensure functionality is as efficient and fit-for-purpose as possible.
The role offers exposure to several areas of the business with a business and retail focussed environment.
Key responsibilities
*Extensive hands-on knowledge and experience with Salesforce / / / Sales Force
*Excellent analytical and statistical skills including the ability to fully exploit relevant IT packages are vital.
*A proactive and self-motivated approach to producing reports, managing and inputting data as required and recommending developments the Salesforce software to ensure maximum efficiency and functionality for the business and improve customer satisfaction.
Responsibility examples include new starter / leaver process, data validation, workflow, reporting / dashboards.
*Data processing expertise and software applications experience e.g. MS Office and enterprise systems (SAP-ISU / SAP SD).
*Confident with programming and language skills, including VisualBasic, Apex Code and VisualForce.
*Knowledge of the development and implementation of standards, procedures and guidelines to support operational processes is needed. Project management skills are also needed.
*Organisation skills are required. With the capability to manage competing and changing deadlines, and occasionally work out of normal working hours if required.
*Relevant degree / qualification is required
