Hours: Monday – Friday, 37 hours, 52 weeks per year (annual leave to be taken in school holidays)
Dedicate Recruitment is seeking an experienced and inspirational School Business Manager to join this forward thinking team at this ‘Good’ rated primary school in Reading.
The school prides itself on its achievements and this person will contribute further on its journey to achieve ‘Outstanding’,
Reporting to the Headteacher, this is an interesting and varied role in which you will lead on the operational and straegic development across the school’s finance, HR, administration, Health & Safety, IT, marketing and premises management.
You will be educated to Level 4 Diploma in School Business Management (formally Certificate in SBM) or demonstrable equivalent experience. On a personal note, you will have a proven track record of successful strategic management, be an effective team leader who will influence across the board and can bring solutions. Experience of Arbor and HCSS systems is desirable.
