Salary: £36,000 – £42,000 per year
My client is currently recruiting for a Technical Support Engineer to join their service and after sales team. Being a manufacturer of hydrotherapy equipment, they are ideally looking for an experienced service engineer or fitter with proven hands-on experience with similar equipment such as hot tubs, jacuzzi, spa, jacuzzi or associated equipment. Salary on offer is between £36,000 – £42,000with other attractive benefits.
Technical Support Engineer role:
As a key point of contact, the successful Technical Support Engineer will be office based and report to the Service Manager. You will be responsible for:
* Supporting customers and distributors with technical issues over the phone and via email.
* Deal with technical issues raised by the service team
* Liaise with Manufacturing, Quality, Design on any reoccurring quality issues and report any repetitive issues
* Work with internal engineering teams to prevent after sales costs
* Fault finding
Technical Support Engineer requirement:
Formal training / qualification in a relevant engineering discipline
Previous electrical and mechanical fault find experience
Previous service and installation with hydrotherapy, hot, jacuzzi, spa equipment
Customer Service experience
Monday – Friday / 39 hrs per week
Technical Support Engineer package:
Salary £36,000 – £42,000dependant on experience
