Location: London EC2
Salary: £36/35K+ depending on experience

Job responsibilities
Office Management:
* Ensure the office runs smoothly and to be the main point of contact, manning the reception desk, meeting and greeting clients, providing refreshments and organising catering for client breakfasts and lunches
* Management of the office cleanliness and tidiness, supervising and building good relationships with cleaning staff.
* Liaising with the building managing agents; also facility management vendors, including cleaning, decorating, catering, security services and other suppliers with regards to facilities maintenance (heating, lighting, furniture etc.)
* Booking and managing UK and international travel including hotels and flights
* Organising company events
HR Administration
* Managing all aspects of HR admin including time-off management, onboarding/offboarding, helping with employee data management
* Supporting managers with recruitment for their teams by requesting job specifications, reviewing applications and organising interviews; this includes advertising jobs, dealing with agencies, managing applicantsAdmin for freelance bookings including issuing/extending freelancers’ contracts.
* Creating and updating company policies, documentation and processes
* Managing legal requirements such as Health & Safety (including first aid training and fire safety), Covid-19 restrictions, visa requirements
About you
* Good experience in office management and HR administration.
* Exceptional administrative and organisation skills.
* A proactive, can-do, flexible attitude, able to build strong relationships with the team and with clients, showing tact, respect, and diplomacy with people at all levels.
Qualifications:
* Excellent English, able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing to a very high standard; good level of numeracy.
* Good MS Office skills – Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
* A CIPD qualification would be helpful, though not essential, and some understanding of health and safety legislation and basic UK employment law would be helpful.
* Knowledge of GDPR compliance helpful
* Understanding of confidentiality requirements and able to deal effectively with enquiries relating to confidential information.
