HR Regional Manager

HR Regional Manager – The Company:
We are looking for an experienced HR Regional Manager to join a well-established and growing organisation to provide support and guidance on all aspects of HR within different settings.

HR Regional Manager – The Role:
– Advise on the application of and update HR policies and procedures
– Investigate and advise on issues such as disciplinary, grievance and absence
– Support with performance management and performance improvement plans
– Develop knowledge and skills at dealing with people issues
– Develop people processes and proposition such as reward and recognition and bonus scheme

HR Regional Manager – The Candidate:
– CIPD Qualification
– Minimum 3 years experience at HR Manager level
– Strong employee relations experience with good knowledge of employment law, HR policies and procedures
– Good judgement and a confident decision maker
– Excellent communication skills
– Hold a full UK driving license and willing to travel
