This small multi Academy Trust is seeking an experienced HR Officer to support the Trust HR function, covering a period of sickness.
Reporting to the Trust COO, you will possess an excellent working knowledge of HR legislation and will be reviewing and updating existing policies, and ensuring payroll information is recorded correctly. You will support the HR Administrators in each of the six schools to ensure processes are executed correctly, from absence management, onboarding and supporting ER cases.
It is for an initial 2-4 week basis with the potential to extend or to go permanent.
Hours of work 8.30am – 4.30pm and will be school based. Immediate start subject to an Enhanced DBS check.
