Stock Integrity Officer

Salary: £14.78 per hour

We are currently looking for Stock Intergrity Officer to join our Operations Team. Accountable for driving all aspects of the Stock Integrity and Returns function for both our RAJA UK and Morplan accounts, on a day-to-day basis in line with the strategic goals of the business and in collaboration with the RAJA UK Stock Integrity team.

This role would suit an individual with a natural desire to play their part to ensure that all supplier deliveries are booked in and that all customer orders are picked, packed and shipped accurately and on time.

What we would like from you:

We are looking for someone with experience working in a fast-paced warehouse environment; with a keen eye for detail, and ideally experience investigating stock issues. A reach truck forklift license is ideal, however drive and teamwork are important to us so we would be willing to invest in someone with a great attitude and desire to succeed.

The successful candidate would be accountable for the following:

* Ensure compliance with Health and Safety standards and Quality Accreditations

* Support all operational activity ensuring that safety, service, quality and productivity are at the forefront and that offering great customer service is at the centre of decision making

* Support the effective management of the RAJA UK WMS (Reflex) in accordance with the requirements of the Morplan business.

* Effective investigation, control and reporting of all Stock Wastage.

* Support innovative solutions to both increase warehouse productivity and reduce errors and improve accuracy of service.

* Fully understand you impact on KPIs and support colleagues to achieve all operational KPI targets.

* Ensure effective working relationships with other departments within Morplan and RAJA UK

* Ensure the warehouse housekeeping and hygiene is maintained at the highest standard.
