The role:

Main Responsibilities and Duties

• Set up and maintain customer site and energy supply information
• Input utility data and invoices both manually and electronically
• Identify and ensure all data is received
• Validate customer and utility data
• Resolve supplier queries from suppliers relating to billing issues
• Create and deliver payment journals to customers within agreed SLAs
• Manage and control personal workload to meet customer and internal SLAs
