Retail Operations Supervisor – Fashion

GLOBAL FASHION RETAILER SEEKING OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR FOR THRIVING STORE IN BICESTER – EXCELLENT £PACKAGE AND CAREER PROGRESSION.

My Client is one of the world’s leading fashion retailers who is enjoying unprecedented success.As a result they are now seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor, not necessarily from fashion, to join their team at their thriving store in Bicester.
You will mainly be involved in stock control, running the team, and ensuring a high degree of accuracy in this unique environment.

You must have fast pace, high volume experience, must be operations focused, methodical, structured and organised but able and willing to spend time covering the floor when necessary You should be passionate about your work and my client’s brand.

You will have;

Track record of successfully leading teams and managing volume / turnover of a similar size
Track record of operational success with strong numerical skills
Goal and action oriented with strong organisational skills and the ability to multi-task and balance priorities
Customer and people focused with the ability to develop and implement excellence in customer service
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
