Bookkeeper Property Sector

Our client is an exciting and successful, city-centre business involved in the property sector. Ideally, you will come from a background in the property sector, or the legal/accounting professions.

As part of their ongoing company development (and they are really going places!) a vacancy has arisen for an experienced bookkeeper to join their team.

You will be involved in a very busy department dealing with a variety of duties including liaising with senior management and clients, as well as other staff. You will be highly computer-literate and a very good communicator with good inter-personal skills.

You will handle a variety of duties relating to receipt of rentals, the production of financial statements, processing contractor payments, liaising with tenants, making timeous HMRC returns and resolving client queries.
