Bookkeeper

Salary: £30,000 – £36,000 per year

A growing family run engineering business that is experiencing high levels of growth, are now looking for an experienced Bookkeeper to join their Bromsgrove based business.

Responsible for the financial administrative requirements, this small company is looking for someone who can wear many hats, covering all accounts and administrative duties within the business.

Some of your main responsibilities are listed below:

Financial accounts administration
Management of accounts in Sage 50
Raising invoices / sending to customer
Adding purchase invoices to Sage
Credit control
Preparation of supplier payment instructions
Monthly financial reports – accounts/sales/stock/forecasting
Liaison with external accountants and auditors
Assist with Operational requirements
Order processing from customer receipt through to invoice and payment
Assist with general office dutiesEssential knowledge, skills, experience.

Financial accounts experience
/ good understanding of Sage 50 software
Computer literate; Microsoft Office
administrative experience/order processing experience
