Affiliate Marketing Manager, London
An energetic, highly numerate Affiliate Manager is required to work on an exciting Greenfield project at a rapidly-growing fintech start-up. This is a very much ‘hands-on’ role, where you will take full ownership of the company’s entire affiliate marketing function.
Working closely with the Head of Marketing, the Affiliate Marketing Manager will define the visionary direction of the affiliates marketing sector. You will do this through defining strategy, managing affiliate agencies and continually analysing data. As well as this, you will manage all campaigns, budgets and sales that stem from the affiliate channel.
As an Affiliate Marketing Manager you will become a key part of an innovative new business in the international money transfer industry. They are providing a pioneering alternative to transferring money through banks, with a very different ethos, donating 10% of their profits to good causes.
Key responsibilities as an Affiliate Marketing Manager:
• Working with the Head of Marketing to align and implement effective marketing strategies using large volumes of data
• Identifying and building partnerships with various affiliate networks
• Managing campaigns, budgets and sales associated with the affiliate network as well as tracking and integrating affiliate networks
• Analysing affiliates’ marketing performance
• Updating the design team on new advances in marketing campaigns and landing pages
Skills and Attributes:
• Experience managing affiliate networks within the ecommerce / gambling / dating / travel industry
• Previous involvement in making strategic decisions
• Technical experience integrating affiliate networks
• International market experience (preferably a European country)
• Strong communication and numeracy skills, with the ability to analyse large volumes of data to optimise strategies
